I caught bus/tube with a load of mining folk who are trying their best to give me Flu

'urt my leg on the bike last night

few days off.

Picked J. up on Monday night, literally, and didn't bend my knees properly etc... (well she's only about 8 St.), At work on Tuesday my back starts to go into spasm. Almost been in tears since. Sod carrying her over the threshold Shocked
