you need practice, any reduction in delivery force is soon *CENSORED* by the inflexible sole and chunks of metal and plastic screwed to the sole.

Or a road shoe with any sort of metallic cleat, Time, Speedplay, etc

I read something interesting in France...

Car drivers think that motobike riders are dangerous...
Motorbike riders think that bike riders are dangerous...
Bike riders think that pedestrians are dangerous...
Pedestrians think that car drivers are dangerous...

We are all dangerous for the other, of course some are more dangerous than others just have to stay calm!

I'm told you should aim at the knees. Easier, bigger target, puts them down where only a perfect nutcrusher will do the same.
