A general question to throw out to those of you that coach and some advice please, especially from you Leggers. Wink . There is a 14 yr old kid who is just getting into the sport and i am hoping that he will also start racing Track and road. Please can any of you tell me how much training/ riding he should be doing at this age?? How much is too much etc etc??

Thanks in advance peeps. Very Happy .
