Has anyone gone through a period of fatigue/disordered sleep/psychological problems etc due to overtraining and been swabbed for cortisol levels? Or has cortisol been mentioned by GP etc via blood tests??

I would be interested in any information for a small study I am thinking of conducting.

pm in confidence!
