The interesting question remains what LA is up to now...

The stakes are too high for him to risk any kind of positive.

Is he proving to himself that he has what it takes without the *CENSORED*??

I thought that. He is unforgivably sh!t at the moment.

The Armstrong-Bruyneel-UCI triumverate is in overdrive now. Nothing will come of this, it'll just fade away and blend in with the rest.

So, everyone's being cagey and economical with the truth, and trying to shift blame on to others, doing their nest to get away with whatever they can, and slinging mud. Welcome to the world of professional sport.

I don't understand why Landis didn't wait for the middle of the TdF to do this Question

I noticed Matt Rendell & Ned Boulting thought the same as me about Landis having seen Vino, etc standing on the podium at Liege and thinking why are they there while I'm here. Which is probably why now.

Check this:

Ominous - for Armstrong - conclusion.

Not perhaps the most credible of circumstances or timing if he really just wanted to set the record straight. Not that this proves LA etc are innocent but without proof the poisonous venom of a proven cheat and liar is just that IMO.

Oh yeah, nice to see that POS Kimmage sticking his ha'pennyworth in Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes

That's the bit that irks me. For years he's protested his innocence, even asking for donations from his loyal, but in the end mis-guided fans. Now, because no-one wants him, he not only decides to s p i l l the beans, but implicate several others, obviously along the lines of 'If I'm not the only one, at least I'll not be the only one that gets crap thrown at them'
I notice that Kimmage manages a whole inteview with Lawrence Dallaglio without mentioning sherbert. Probably because he would receive a well deserved smack.

Not exactly likely. If I was 37 years old, had barely managed to finish a race all year, and was about to go up against Contador and Schleck in the Tour I wouldn't let Michele Ferrari out of my sight. The guy has had 7 positive tests plastered on the front of world cycling's newpaper-of-choice and there are still people that think he's clean, so he's not going to be put off by Floyd Landis.

I bet he couldn't say exactly the same again without those sunglasses on, and not look down.

Rush job. Been too busy scripting everyone elses carefully scripted (in legal terms) statements. Don't want to give Kimmage or Walsh any (more) material........
