feeling lethargic on off days..

Recently done a two and a bit week riding stint without a day off, including races within this period, car was off the road so was also getting around everywhere by bike.

Any reason why I feel naff now I've come to have a couple of days rest?

well, tbh, two and a half weeks, riding daily, no breaks, no resting, working/studying, you are tired or possibly feeling the early signs of overtraining.

Thought it would be fairly obvious really.
