Schleck's is way lower than in previous years then? Doesn't sound right to me. Contador was ill apparently.

To be honest its very hard to work out what is going on unless there are huge differences from year to year - estimating w/kg values from vam data accurately is basically impossible. A difference in the length/difficulty of a stage the previous day or the temperature/humidity can have a fairly big effect on what power a rider produces that day too, be it a good day or a bad one for said rider. The comment was basically a bit of tongue in cheek, some people believe they can use this data as circumstantial evidence for doping.
