Today I had a bit of a tumble involving some mud and wet leaves, the result being I had a slide along the road and ended up with some muddy stains on a white Assos jersey, also got two small holes in the rear pockets as well.

I'm sure I've read in the past posts from people who've sent them things back with favourable results, can anyone confirm this for me?

As I recall he said it was good which is what I have heard from others who have used the service. I think you have to tell them where and when you bought the clothing

Yeah, twice. Both times for stiching rather than crash damage (on the same 3/4 bibs), repaired and returned for free. New chamios too, so basically a new (ish)pair each time.

I might be slightly up poo street in that case, I don't have the warranty card or receipt. I wonder if, " I bought it from Condor Cycles about eighteen months ago," will do for them?

I did for me:-)
Normally they would expect the return to go through condor, but if your address isn't in london they should be alright.

Well I emailed Assos customer care on Sunday night and still haven't had a reply from them yet. Sad

On a lighter note, I've managed to get the stains out. Very Happy
