David Millar will blame the entire rest day on the unspoken culture of having a day off in the peloton, burst into tears and write a book about it.
Cav will be elbowed out of the way in the queue for breakfast waffles and then be not allowed to eat breakfast by the head chef.
The French TV car driver will go from room to room giving the non-French riders a crafty dead leg and purple nurple
