He did exactly the same last year, got the bike too small.

johnpov, his current shop have told him it's the wrong size when he bougth his Specialized, but he is one of those annoying customers that never listens.

If I were Mike Vaughan Cycles, I'd send a Cease and Desist notice to R.Hill Esq, demanding he stops wearing the 'club kit' and remove all Mike Vaughan Cycles stickers from his bikes, incase clients both existing and future think we actually sold him a bike that is as obviously misfitting ....

Is that a Batman sign on Hill's back?

Where the FFF is Hill BTW?

Defend yourself team sprinter you!

Hill has gone to the coast in the hope that some sea air will clear his condition right up.

Nothing a LOAD of spacers and seatpost height won't sort out.

difficult when you've cut the seatmast ...

+ spacers on a road bike are for sportive riders and triantelopes.

+ a million.

A certain Texan that won a few races in France might disagree with that

You want to do it the Jan Ullrich way. Get someone the same size as you to sit on the bike to see if it fits, then tell them to take all the spacers out and slam the stem regardless.
