I believe the full moniker is "reconstituted lamb and herbs"

I try not to think about that when wolfing one down with plenty of chilli sauce

lips, t1ts and @rseholes ar the main ingredients, usually the swwepings fromthe abatoir floor.

I make a stew with: lean beef, leeks, onions, shallots, butter squash, parsnips, swede & other veg with chicken stock. A bit of garlic & herbs.
Normally make up 20 portions in a big pan which I then freeze in individual plastic containers.

Lovely after a long ride. Just heat up for 5 mins in the microwave & have it with a slice of home made bread Very Happy
