Thank God someone has the same problem- I thought it was just me...
I've had plenty of instances of puking in the last couple of years, mainly through sprinting 100% and usually indoors. Most embarassingly it happened on an indoor track once, I never know if anyone noticed or not...
Can the heat be an important factor in interval-queasiness? It almost happened again yesterday after sprinting on the rollers, yet I hadn't eaten for a couple of hours. It was either the heat or a lack of fitness!
