Two routes:

Long route 70 miles (112k)
Sawley, Shardlow, Aston, Weston, Swarkestone, Willington, Hilton, Hatton, Longford, Alkmonkton, Yeavely, Wyaston, Ashbourne, Fenny Bentley, Longcliffe, Grangemill, Cromford, Whatstandwell, Ambergate, Belper, Makeney, Holbrook, Coxbench, Morley, Spondon, Ockbrook, Draycott, Sawley.
First group off 09.30am

Third year for this new route providing a relatively flat 30 miles before the first testing hill leaving Ashbourne quickly followed by the ‘classic climb’ up to Longcliffe before descending to Grangemill then the lower four mile section of the Via Gellia into Cromford. The return leg is flat along the A6 to M i l ford and Makeny then the aptly named Red Lane climb to Holbrooke and the final climb of Sandy Lane from Coxbench to Morley Smithy.

Short Route 39 miles (63k)
Sawley, Shardlow, Aston, Weston, Swarkestone, Willington, Hilton, Hatton, Tutbury, Rolleston on Dove, Stretton, Willington, Swarkestone, Weston, Aston, Shardlow, Sawley.
First group off 10.00am

A predominantly flat ride along the River Trent and River Dove valleys, the only significant climb is the short Tutbury bypass after 19 miles and before the route turns for the return along the river valleys.

Under 18s must have completed Parental Consent form
Under 16s must be accompanied by responsible *CENSORED*

• Derbyshire and Stafforshire Police notified.
• Sanctioned by British Cycling.

Hi again, just a quick update on VCLE Reliability Rides. We're aware of the very poor signing on process and we've made some changes to hopefully speed it up.
Rider complete an individual signing on slip, no waiting for a sheet.
Takes slip to the appropriate table, Long or Short ride.
Receives numbered ticket in exchange for signing on and entry fee.
Ticket number entered on signing on slip.
When ready to ride take ticket to start and hand to timekeeper who enters group no. time off on ticket and you're away.
Well, that's the plan!.
This year we'll be making a donation to the two Air Ambulance Services, one covers Derbys, the other covers Notts. Amount depends on entries
Energy gel for all entrants.
All ticket numbers entered into a raffle for £25 voucher.
