i didnt get this body by eating chips and pies, it took years of dedication abstinance from *CENSORED* and alcohol, and I was rewarded by winning me club 10s this year.
its worth it in the end believe u me and soft lads that go out traing with their ipods kissy lips and fancy trainers avnt ad it hard enough and........
