Or even better - a Dura-Ace one! With the BB it's both lighter and stronger than the Campag Record Carbon! Very Happy Wink

'Proven' by whom? Ignoring ****'s/Z-Force's ramblings that mean squat, I have given more than enough proof to say otherwise... Wink
I think that as one who actually lives here, rather than people who don't, then I know what region it is in...

Campag is the abbreviation used by campagnolo on their own equipment. Old record used to have 'Campag.' engraed on cones etc.

Campy is an abbreviation that seems to have primarily come from american web forums.

According to weight weenies the DA is heavier Paul if the BB is included. and I think you might be getting strength mixed up with stiffness from an engineering perspective.

That's just anti-jap sydrome. Bit like people round here having a go at VW, BMW and MercedesBenz, only tends to come out a bit stronger on the mong boards...

Campag without doubt,

Campie/ campy just sounds cr*p, the only times I have seen it used is in reviews written by people in the states.

worringly, p 30 of this week's CW, talking about IRD cassettes, say the word "Campy".

Fine line, boys and girls.....
