This velodrome is the National Velodrome.

http://www.manchestervelodrome.com/index.htm

I have no idea who runs the site and the circumstances, however, IMO it should be updated more than it is and maintained.

To me, it does not do its job of supporting the National Velodrome.

What do people think? Are you happy of this site being a first port of call for many track cyclists - not only here but around the world?

It looks OK to me.

Lots of information easily available and a clean(ish) design.

For an organisation working on a very tight budget it's pretty good.

Just a dead page that needs getting rid of. Have you emailed the webmaster?

Not the end of the world is it?

That isn't the page you originally asked about (and isn't actually linked from the home page either).

It just looks like the velodrome have made some space available on their webserver for riders at the track leagues to see the results etc. The info is there for those that want it.

it has a section on Darren Kenny and his hour record, but not shown in the records table.... also STILL not shown on the actual world records board in the velodrome - maybe the key to the cabinet has been lost?

For your information, that page on the website is not maintained by the staff at the Velodrome. It is (probably) the only remnant of the original website and harks back to around 1996.

It is merely a link for those that publish information about the track leagues.

Changes are afoot to check through and keep the main Velodrome website maintained from within on, hopefully, a more regular basis.
