no talk about drugs issues and pro tour exclusions. assume that all the favourites will be there.

Depends on drug issues and pro tour exclusions really.

oh i don't know, i mean he'll be pretty inconspicuous in a bunch so will be hard to mark, what with all that gold and rainbow and tricolour etc etc.

that spoilt the stage, we had special coverage of the event last year, with webcams tracking the weather status at the climb throughout 2006

yes, it was impossible to get to the finish due to the roads been blocked by snow

but these epic stages are what makes a race, like the day il falco secured the giro, that was the best stage ever

If Tailwind/Discovery have their sponsorship sorted then Basso. However, if by winning the Tour enhances a potential deal then could Basso be saved for this reason? If so, I'd go for Cunego.

Theyre going up the Zoncolan this year - book a day off for May 30. Apparently this is the hardest climb the giro ha ever been over.

Basso will win although the Piccolo Prince will give him a run for his money.

I clicked on Cunego, but that was more who I'd like to see win it that who I think actually will. Probably Basso again, the big cheating dullard.

If Basso is on the start line, he'll win it. He was in a different league to everyone else last year.

I might put a few quid on the old warhorse Simoni (ok probably each way).

I think Basso would rather win the tour, assuming he had to chose one event to dedicate himself to.
