In a recent misunderstanding between the two, Richard Hill, VeloRiders extroadinaire was left in a French hotel room (he was too fat for the plane to take off properly) with nothing to do. Richard rang young Matt Clinton at 7pm French time to ask if he could ride 40 minutes to bring an Allen key so he could ride his bike that evening. Clinton refused, giving the excuse that he was going to bed and was watching the French translation of Mr. Bean.

Richard now feels upset, Clinton is unavailable for comment (otherwise occupied.)

Who do you support? In a chance to settle this disagreement.

Adam is fine, full of fun in fact, although maybe a bit hyper!

Hang on get yer facts right before you start mudslinging.

It was 21.05 when he called. It's half an hour each way to the airport for me to ride - all on unlit roads, some of which are main roads. It gets dark at 10pm.

So I was to ride to the airport, (probably getting there at 21.45), let him use my allen key to put his pedals on so that he could ride for 15mins before it gets dark? Would I need to hang around for him to finish his ride so he could take the pedals off too? Hmm.... get home at 11pm after riding for ages in the dark as Mr Hill doesn't have any allen keys? I don't think so. And I don't know how he was planning on inflating his tyres either.

Rant over.

Poor quality rant, need random cApiTilIsAtion, occasional swearwords, more spelling mistakes and some more offensive language towards Adam/Hill

If he'd rang me at a sensible time, I may have obliged, however I was knackered from racing and training and was in for an early night.

Mild, hmmm, I wasn't being agressive, just stating the facts. He's the one that's now gone in a huff like a 14 year old and is not talking to me! Laughing

Well I did have to put up with him farting and burping the whole time in my flat for 3 days, so I must be. And if the favour was ridiculous, I wouldn't go in a huff if the other person declined.

I take it Rich came over to France to see you?! He's asked for a favour, but it seems to me you were too lazy and selfish to put yourself out to help a mate. Poor showing

The big dollop gets my charity.

Clinton is being just too much of a Prima Donna these days - I bet he even has someone to wash his bike too - and lets face it, he kinda needs all the training he can get.
