The temp job I was doing did the dirt on me when i refused a perm role. I have a new job starting Monday and should here tomorrow on a much better one that looks promising, so this week I am mainly being a bum! Laughing Laughing Though I am heading out for a ride in a bit - 3rd one in 4 days!

Real depression is a chemical imbalance and trust me it is much worse!

I had therapy too, but that takes about 3mths to get an appointment on the NHS...so what do you do in the meantime????

Anti-depressants helped me in connection with therapy....once I had sorted out my issues through therapy I came off the anti-depressants with no problems & with new ways to tackle my problems.

What works for one person might not work for another & there is no shame in needing some help....I suffered with post-natal depression for years in silence which made it so much worse, and ended up with PTSD...when I should have asked for help.
