got a pair to try as I get quite bad calf cramps and I've heard they can help.

Not managed to try them yet. are they likely to help or do they just make me look a dick in knee-highs?

Don't forget to report back and tell us how good/bad your legs feel. Wearing them is optional for this purpose.

I'm in the middle of ordering them, sat on my sofa and I can already report that I can feel the lactic acid being channelled away from my calves.

Ice baths should be avoided for the moment. We don't want any other external factors effecting the validity of the results.

Okay, I've just paid and RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL. Already I can report that my power at threshold has increased by 35% and I recover so quickly between sprint intervals that I can begin the next one two-thirds of the way through my current one.
