As I'm not riding this time, I think Rich should take over the VR baton.
I have voted accordingly. Cool

I'm going to watch this anyway but I would LOVE it if he got a ride Laughing Agree not at the expense of better (e/1) riders but if there is space he would be CROWING about it for years to come.

Oh and it's as a member of Team VR in Team VR kit

Actually, there are a few places still available. The event was very late onto the BC website. At this stage I only want Elites and 1sts who are decent crit riders (Rich Hill excepted, possibly...).

If you are short of entries I could ride? Shocked

That ankle's a bit better then? Very Happy

So we'll see you Friday. Smile

Looking good for the nod I'd say. I do hope I get a chance. I agree that younger and more aspiring riders should get a nod and yep I'd be amazed if I finish but I'm gonna give it my best shot.

He had a win in a 3/4 race where about 20 riders showed up, and his 4th was in a "race" where 9 riders participated.

Don't forget 5th (or was it 10th?) at the Haggers Bash Road Race.

A win's a win. You can only beat the people that turn up after all. Where are these 'races' anyhow, could I get there after work? Shocked

Or the England Wales border sign after sitting on a training ride for no less than 50 miles.

I've been giving this a lot of thought....

It's time to make a decision.....

I've weighed up all the pros and cons...

Is he up to it?

Will people laugh?

Should I insist on a medical?

Will he wipe out one of the Olympic Squad?

Oh sod it,

Hill Rides!
