Colustrum is produced by all mammals just before and immediately after birth. It's not restricted to cows.


It's swear btw not sware and digestion has one g.

In my experience, getting ill correlates closely with increasing training load too rapidly for the fitness I've got at the time, ie: a couple of weeks of 16 hours, when I've only been averaging 8.

Personally I also find that my respiratory system doesn't like spending all of my time indoors in winter, and hates the cat at my mother's house. I'm pretty sure that respiratory only infections respond well to light exercise outdoors.
