I just love it though when Paul struggles with his pronunciation of SAUR SOJASUN and that sprinter from katusha, Denis whatshisface.

Did anyone hear Paul's pronouncing Geraint as "Heraint"? Sounded like he got his Espanyola confused with his Taff. Laughing

It was Pauls turn tonight to announce that HTC's HQ was in 'San Luis Obispo'. has anyone in the world ever heard of this place before the tour this year? I reckon one of them owns a bar or a gold mine there.

Chasing Legends was on ITV$ after the tour last night.
Hearing Phil and Paul moan about Hincapie deserving the yellow jumper and missing out by 3 seconds in front of his wife and family was nauseating.

As if it was unsporting for a team to ride hard *CENSORED*.
Lackeys.

Have they refered to Andy & Frank as 'The Schleckies' as Mr Harmon does? The Goonies will make an appearance next.
How are they with pronouncing 'Gesink'? It can change twice in the same sentence on ES..
Be interested to know how foreign media are pronouncing Welsh names like Geraint if our own broadcasters are struggling Wink

Same with Roy. Pronounced Hoy, Roy, Hur, Wa, Ra. Take your pick.

Vulctures.. vulctures.. vulctures.. vulctures.. vulctures, but where are the Egyptian vulctures?

"and look who is on the front, it's the emphaticable Jens Voigt"

is 'emphaticable' actually a real word?

Why oh why oh why do we no longer have the bit where Paul and Phil are in shot in their commentary box fielding viewers' queries whilst Paul smiles into camera in a slightly disarming manner. That was always my favourite bit. Sad

......due to him being sat on Phils knee- the smile always came when Phil was asked something that aroused him and got him excited, and Paul 'sensed' the arousal.

Lackeys.

Riding hard wasn't the problem. The point was that Slipstream were riding simply so Hincapie would not get the jersey, which, since no Slipstream rider was even close was a curious decision.

I don't think it was personal, well to Hincapie anyway. To stop High Road getting the jersey was my understanding. I haven't seen the film.

Discussed in these parts previously, Johnny Foreigner seems at have worked out that Thomas is his surname these days. (To be fair it's an logical mistake and surely we must mangle plenty.)
