Could be an interesting stage finish tonight if this hurricane blows in a little ahead of schedule Shocked

Parked cars and oncoming spiced it up. Plus the odd kerb switcheroo (Moffat etc) and the lead bikes taking long ways round roundabouts into the final 2km.
Any news on Jens Voigt? Did he abandon because of injury or despair? Not good to lose a rider of his stature - what with the hurricane coming in and that stage on the Fylde.

Wasn't surprised to hear that he had crashed though.
