In Scotland it would all depend on the permutation of if the judge, the driver and the cyclist supported Celtic or Rangers. If they all support the same team it would be 50/50.

In Australia it's a simple and quite common case of this: you cut across me - I'll belt the fk outta you and your silly Holden Barina... If the driver of aforementioned Barina happens to be a large facially tattooed Maori, the best advice is simply to do a Sir Chris Hoy and get the fk outta there! Ergo: 50/50! Natch...
