For those who can't be bothered to invest in proper sports drinks.
I have found that a bottle of 50% orange juice, 50% flat coke gives a nice boost for the last hour of a ride. And it tastes OK (better than olbas oil)
Other variations on a similar theme will be available.

Full fat, never tried it with the skinny version.
I'm sure there is a downside to taking on a quick sugar boost, but I haven't got an ology.

Coke diet or normal makes 2p pieces very shiny. I'm not sure what it does to your gut

I find that waste materials come out of my bottom and todger, and my tummy lining isn't made out of dirty metal

not sure if its good to drink, but coca-cola with mentos mints, it doesnt half get rid of those wheel hugging gits who refuse to do a turn at the front. in an explosive non lethal kind of way.

Crush 200 Pro Plus add to 500ml of coke then add half a cup of Morphine and a gram of phets - should keep yer going for a month or so
