For those who can't be bothered to invest in proper sports drinks.
I have found that a bottle of 50% orange juice, 50% flat coke gives a nice boost for the last hour of a ride. And it tastes OK (better than olbas oil)
Other variations on a similar theme will be available.

Full fat, never tried it with the skinny version.
I'm sure there is a downside to taking on a quick sugar boost, but I haven't got an ology.

Coke diet or normal makes 2p pieces very shiny. I'm not sure what it does to your gut Very Happy

not sure if its good to drink, but coca-cola with mentos mints, it doesnt half get rid of those wheel hugging gits who refuse to do a turn at the front. in an explosive non lethal kind of way.

Crush 200 Pro Plus add to 500ml of coke then add half a cup of Morphine and a gram of phets - should keep yer going for a month or so Cool
