Hi All,
as some of you may know Dad has been unwell for a while suffering as he does so well with chronic back/groin/glute pain.
After several months experimenting with every pain killer and drug known to man he has now had a scan and it has turned up a tumour located in the central nerve canal of the bottom of his spinal cord.
He is due to go into hospital on tuesday and have surgery on wednseday.

I know a lot of people have been asking about him via email, text, phone etc so i thought i would put this post up and update it with any news asap to save us getting 100's of calls.

Many thanks and please all cross your fingers wednesday morning for the Rooster

Just got back from the hospital, the good news for us and him is he can stick move his legs which was the main worry. So so far so good.
He was still as high as a kite and probably more jovial than i or any of you will have seen him for a while, it is amazing what *CENSORED* can do.
Might be a week before we get the full results, but so far it's all positive and he has already asked the Dr how long it will be before he can get on his bike.
Thanks for all the kind message, posts and everything else!
