Eastmidlands AGM 2010 **Agenda Now Added**

The British Cycling East Midlands Region AGM will be held on Monday 20th September 2010 at Winthorpe Community Centre, Near Newark, commencing at 7:00pm.
Winthorpe is located north of Newark. Turn left from A46 onto A1133, and then take left turn to Winthorpe. In Winthorpe turn right into road called Woodlands. Community Centre is at the end of this road.

Please send any items for the agenda through club secretaries to Peter Lifford by post or E-mail (8 Dark Lane Whatton, Notts. NG13 9FE or peter.lifford@googlemail.com) by 6th September.

The AGM will also include elections for the officers of the Region which are: Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer Regional Competition Administrator and up to 12 other Board Members and 6 National Councillors.
Currently these positions are held by:
Chairman – Richard Kennedy
Treasurer – Steve Parsons
Secretary/RCA – Peter Lifford
Board Members:
Clive Gill, Alan Summers, Colin Clews, Trevor Adams, Dave Gretton, Elaina Kennedy, Karen Lifford.
Nominations for the elected positions for inclusion on the agenda should be sent to Peter Lifford by 6th September.

It would be helpful if clubs could also let me know their delegates who will be coming to the meeting.
