Try and warm up with the wind before a ride and use big gears so that your heart rate doesn't go up too much hence your breathing may be a bit more manageable, if you do have to go out in the cold.
When your asthma creates mucus you have enough to deal with so if you don't want to aggravate the levels, cutting out dairy and stuff is a great idea. |

Anyone else got it?
Mine seems to have returned having been free of it for about 4 to 5 years.
Using inhaler again now(almost daily) and it(the asthma)has stopped me from training tonight.
Frustrating as some days are worse than others.
Using Cetirizine anti-histamine to block immune response aswell.

A good chiroprator can sort asthma by manipulation of the upper back, as long as it is not allergy related! I can recommend one, but High Barnet may not be convenient to you! _________________ John McClelland's victory in the motor paced event with Derek Marloe on the derny was a thing of beauty (Oldmanof) |

Well timed there John.
I'm off for an allergy blood test next week. _________________ And the senses being dulled are mine. |

I wasn't sure whether he was being serious or not. Apparently so. |
