I can be verbose when I want, innit. But I was trying to slag off Billy Boy (in his role as the herald of free enterprise), not you, obviously. |

Hans going to have to disagree with you again.................yes some guys may look upon them as "chippers",but when I founded the League some 20 years ago now ,they were designed to be training races and nothing more, despite some so called "Teams" riding them as if they were "Classics",which proved to be extremely detrimental,at the time. Now they are more akin to what was originally intended.
Bearing in mind recent events,it would be a disaster if these races ceased to be,and forced complete novices and young boys and girls to learn on the open road. |

SAVE MALLORY PLEASE SIGN ! |
For goodness sake Darren, nothing like stirring up a bit of hysteria is there??
The police were at the residents meeting in the track centre - you know, the resident's meeting that the commissaire (i.e. me - that person you've known for over 20 years) told you all about in the rider's briefing on the start line. Of course, you listen carefully to the commissaire's briefing don't you? |
