Can't seem to go a few days without feeling like needing some choclate. Stupid as it sounds, my body tells me what it wants and when and so sometimes i'll not feel like eating it for ages.

I'm not worried about eating to much, just interested to know if the choclate is a habit, if there something in it which is actually benefical besides the obvious dairy stuff, if i'm short in something which can be supplimented with something else?

Thanks

Craving for Sugar usually means your adrenal glands are over stressed , do you crave for anything else like Coffee or tea ?

Ughh...I ate a whole bar in bed last night. And I got crumbs all over my new comforter. We ordered a entire new bedroom from http://www.zenbedrooms.com/comforters.html and have been really pleased with the qualit. I just need to get out the chocolate stains now. A terrible habit.

You know, with chocolate, as with any pleasant thing: the less often it is present in life, the more pleasure it brings! For example, now I watch my weight (biking, playing ping-pong with these paddles https://pingpongacademy.org/best-ping-pong-paddles/#product_3 and working out in the gym help me) and keep a calorie deficit, and eat chocolate once or twice a week, and it seems to taste even better.

Yeah sugar is addictive.. and so are some of the other chemicals in chocolate like theobrine (also in coffee and tea!)

Moderation is key - I just try not to buy any, and if I do I get a small bar because I can't stop at one chunk of a big bar.
