It was just the rain with the combination of 11 roundabouts they managed to find in a 10 mile race i didn't fancy, espically with the way i ride. I felt i would have met the same fate as Obree. And the results were a lottery. There is only one in 2006, will you be riding? |

No, absolutly serious. It's a very hard event to win. |

Well he was 3rd a couple of years ago so personally I don't see why he shouldn't aim for the top step _________________ The internet is possibly the greatest bitch fest on earth. Expect anything than relentless ridicule for no good reason and your expectations are set way too high |

Appreciate that. If nothing else I admire your focus, hope it works out. _________________ De Rosa taught me all I know, how could I fail?... |

Completely agree, my 3 hrs a week is structured to the second, boring not to have a 4hr cafe stop ride with the lads but thats all the time I got. |

I over trained. This time last year I was racking up the miles, sessions on the turbo, midweek hard rides. I felt great, was going great couldn't wait for the season to start. By May I couldn't wait for the season to end. At a time of the year that I should have been flying I was having to take time off the bike, my head had gone and I was completely knackered physically. |
Sounds like you went training with my namesake Wayne E there mr jackson. Weekend warrior supreme Mr Wayne E. |

Thanks, for me it's the ultimate event apart from perhaps the 4k on the track, but i havn't had time to give that a proper try yet. |

This 100% Australian coffee blends two Australian beans. The Skybury bean hails from the slopes of the Atherton tablelands in Far North Queensland while the Bundaberg beans are sourced from an organic operation on the central Queensland coast. Together they produce a complex flavour characterised by medium body and very light acidity. Great as a filter or plunger coffee. |

That's a spot on description. Have you had any? It's very mellow, can't really decide what time of day it's best for.
I can't believe that on my easy week i am on the net all day talking about my training weeks and coffee. |

I might have a bash. Depends if it clashes with anything that looks like more fun. _________________ I don't enjoy golf. BAN IT. |

What could possibly be more fun?
I might have a bash at the N/R Hardriders next year, but i always think that and as it gets closer the weather gets colder.
How many miles are you riding a week at the moment? |

Have had a couple cups but cos it comes ready ground for filter/cafetiere's rather than more finely for espresso pots I'm holding off on buying packs. Am waiting for coffee grinder for chrimbo and will then be on the web for beans. Organically grown coffee is almost always worth the time of day as a general rule. Something in the flavour.
Need to get back on www.redmonkeycoffee.com soon anyway as getting low on stocks, they grind to spec as you order. Currently still on guatemalan organic fairtrade. |

Just the daily ride to/from work (and a daily gym session of core strength work, stretching, and a few weights), and a steady Sunday ride that's a bit faster and a bit longer than the club ride. I guess 250? _________________ I don't enjoy golf. BAN IT. |

Don't bother with a grinder get a good food blender thingamywotsit that you can make shakes with as well as grind beans. _________________ "Well done, you are 100% absolutely without a shadow of a doubt spot-bollock-on correct." - Tucker
