7 mile steady ride out from Melton (& back)

Two or three group going thru and off. It tends to split into group os simillar ability of say 5 or 6.

Last week the group with Shoz & I averaged 20 mph the following group was 5 mins down so i guess they where at 17/18 mph.

its usually two 10 mile laps during Jan then adding a 3rd lap further into the year.

In the past it has become a bit of a trash (Jan is too early) and I have been one of those guilty of seeing the red mist. Embarassed

But I suppose from now on we should try and keep a lid on it and rid ein a controlled manner as a team..well until the last few miles.

Mudguards make for a more pleasurable experience.

I've told him he needs to get fit to give me a lead out, but he didn't sound so keen!
