So here your chance to win a pair of Tifosi Slip Sunglasses in white (RRPĀ£42.99).
For the best pic from the Race, doesnt have to be just of the race. Pics (candid) of the helpers supporters are also welcome.
Email them to me and Ill put them up on the Gallery for the masses to decide which picture wins.

What if i take a camera with me in the race and get some 'action' shots, do you reckon ill win? |

Sh/*gg*d - but then it was only my second race of the season and seeing an Olympian turn up to ride did not do my nerves any favours.
Nicely organised event Eddie, Martin - from one organiser to another!

Tried a lap before the main event, tagged onto my Sunday loop.
Just one question about the route - was there anywhere more than half a mile long that was flat other than finishing straight and through the farm? _________________ "If you build it they will come" |

Just like to say a big thank you from Martin and myself , to everyone who helped to make our joint venture in promoting the Roger Martin Memorial Race, a huge success. To all the marshals, drivers, motorbikes, officials , to Elaina and her family who provided us with some wonderful food, To Kay who took charge of the HQ and stayed behind to clean up afterwards, our sponsors and supporters who gave so generously, and not forgetting the riders who put on a superb attacking race from start to finish that provided a fitting remembrance to Roger.
I think my best recollection of the race was driving Rogers widow Anita, around the course behind the riders, seeing the smile on her face, when it started to rain, and I shouted out of the window "Hey Roger turn it off " and the sun came out again!!
Thanks again guys we could not of done it without you. |
