I was under the belief that Margerine was healthier for you than Butter (vegetable v animal fats - saturated v un-saturated or whatever the terminolgy is)

A recent discussion with a number of guys favoured butter, from what I can gather due to "other" constituents in Margerine.

Which is the healthier, who uses marge and who uses butter Question

butter is 'healthier' but not healthy

margearine is full of hyrdogenated fats - which are crap - plus othe nasties

i'd avoid both - try light film of advocado or hommous for sarnies or just your jam or honey straigh on

beans and egg on toast dont need either -

i reckon butters too ard outta the fridge & i dont do dairy products that are close to getting up & walkin....
