I'm looking to make a return to cycling after about 3 years away from the bike.

I figure that the best way for a return to fitness would be some sociable club runs, out to a cafe, a bit of a burn up, have some tea, then ride home with a burn up near the finish.

Is there anything like that near Loughborough?
