Shorts Joke Confused Very Happy

Do you realise you have left your shorts at home?" I said as I rode along side a rather exposed looking cyclist... "Yeah it was the wifes idea" he replied "Last week I went out without my jersy and finished up with a stiff neck!"

Well 2 out of 3 isn't bad Very Happy

Why is this? I can name several forums where this does not happen, including the testers forum which has on very "interesting" thread currently running over 32 pages -
http://www.timetriallingforum.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=15766

And a mtb forum where one piece of nonsense has been running years -
2499 pages! http://www.bikemagic.com/forum/forummessages/mps/dt/4/UTN/44412/last/1/V/6/SP/328554336204364114310

Please explain, or is that above moderators?

I'm not a moderator or a techie but as I understand it the way VR is set up problems occur if a thread is allowed to run over 10 pages. To be honest who'd read 2499 pages!

Any thread of real interest can always be continued as Thread II cont.

Can you imagine the total and utter crap (even by VR standards) that would result?

PS - Mine's a pint
