this was on ihe background to something else yesterday . I glanced up and heard her say ' this is all done anaerobically - so you should be slightly out of breath as you are doing it' ??
can't imagine going behind the derny and someone saying this will be up to anaerobic level - you might feel a slight panting - but carry on chatting between yourselves
she then goes on and on and on and on about intervals being
sie en tificully proven to be the best way and shows her at lufbra uni talking to 'real' sports scientists - but the workout just looked like a revamped weightwatchers routine?
how she got from that to that is anyone's guess
