Matt Jennings posted up details of the crash on the Parrot run on Facebook. It happened on the A612 just before Gonalston crossroads

Some woman on a tractor overtook the group but didn't give them enough room and caught one of the bikes (Darren Perry's) as she passed, bring down half the group. Doris went to hospital with a head injury, he has concussion and a gash to the head. Not heard of anyone else being injured. Darren had tractor tyre marks on his arm, so had a lucky escape.

Yet another example of people not giving cyclists enough room when overtaking (it happened on a straight clear road in bright sunshine).

We passed about 10 minutes after it had happened.
