As age advances, albeit slowly upon me, I have noticed a few changes as expected most notably, recovery.

I have also noticed that I am moving around more than usual on the turbo which would indicate I'm not in the optimal position. It got me wondering how many people have the same issue and do most people adjust ttheir position to the turbo or to the road? My assumption is that issues etc will be magnified on the turbo under intense sessions.

I personally go by feel on the road and balance on the rollers. I'd be interested in hearing what other people on the forum think and what they do with regards to their position.
