Hardly ever train without my mini disc player, nothing better to be honest!

Usually 4 or 5 hour compilations

On the discman at the moment.

Sasha & Emmerson - Scorchio, various Front 242 and Aphex Twin remixes. Great on the club run so I dont have to listen to the slava from the winter racers.

I listen to recordings of Duffield's comentaries. The only problem is if I'm doing intervals I often miss the point when I should start another sprint.

Yes but at the end of the session think of all the fine wines and cheeses you'll be able to rush out and buy.
I don't train, but I think Siegried's Funeral March would be my limit Embarassed

Even with the volume up loud I can still pick out the noise of the traffic.
Besides I don't ride any different even if a car is behind me.

Was once in the middle of the road waiting to turn right and heard a skidding of tyres behind me. Silly cow just managed to stop in time. But I thought I would sooner not know if there was nothing a could do.

That happened to me in Scotland, I was just riding on the left and 2 cars went round me but this woman skidded to halt at the side of me. I nearly cr@pped myself!!!
I agree, my riding is no different!! Cars either respect you or just dont see you. Cool
