I just think the final race of the meeting should be one that everyone can take part it, not just those who know how to ride it Very Happy

Madiosn every time. any self-respecting trackie should take the time to be taught this the most exciting of races BEFORE trying to race the thing. But we do need more madisons at race meetings all year. the sprinters will be wasted anyway after their 3 laps in the day!

Yep, a madison, not nearly enough of them held at open meetings.
Apart from a 12 (?) lap madison on the grass track this year I didn't ride a madison from last years national to this years one. Sad

People don't know how to ride them because they don't get to ride them!

Gotta go for a madison, If it's long enough people will drop out once it gets fast and the back half of the race will be top quality... as long as riders get pulled out once they start getting in the way

So I reckon there's enough interest to put on a 50 lap madison so I'm going to have an A madison and a 20k for the B's or people to unprepared to ride!! (a madison!)

Just remembered that's not the third week in May so further negotiation may be necessary Wink
