winning time?

I reckon 1:02

I think it'll be a bit quicker than that if it's not too windy. I road around in 1:18 last weekend, and that wasn't full speed( 82% MHR)

well you're going to beat me then. I'm aiming for a 1:20 in the race

When it was last a 25 the top riders were just getting under the hour and John reckons it's a harder course this year.

The cold temperatures should make it harder too!

I am aiming for a 1:10, Hutch is 6-7 mins quicker than me on a flat course and I am useless on hilly stuff.

Well I think that will depend on the weather. If it OK then it will start on time. Last years was delayed then cancelled.

I think you should take more time sorting out your own poor performances before you take the p1ss out of anyone else. All I have ever seen you do is give him stick on here.

Just like 2001, or was it 2002?

2001. I just hope it doesn't get too cold tonight otherwise there'll be a good chance.

I rode round some of the course today at lunchtime. There's alot of standing water on Cucumber Lane and Tylers Causeway. If it's frozen at 8.00 tomorrow we may have to delay the start and if it's still frozen we may cut that section out and stick to the gritted roads. We can only wait and see.
