Which do you think is the best? A UK manufactured frame, or one made in Asia with a Brit name on it? |

Are you suggesting that a Rover car made in China, since they own the intellectual propert to the 25, 75 and powertrain engines will be , since its made in the far east, even though it would stilll carry the Rover name? _________________ A positive mental attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort. |

I don't see many fully carbon frames made in the UK (that are easily accessable & affordable!)...

Can't tell you it may be seen as a form of advertising.

Why on earth do you imagine frames can be so stereotyped?
There are brilliant and *CENSORED* frames from every country. _________________ Rich |

We import most of our consumer ranges, where I work, from China with UK design input as the larger retailers tell us the customers want low prices above all else.
The stuff we sell through independents to trade installers etc is still made in the UK.
BTW Taiwan is not low cost, mainland China is. _________________ www.kentonrc.co.uk |

Not bothered where its made as long as it has achieved the manufacturers required standards
I have a Dolan track frame too and its great and his paintjobs are top notch too. All at very reasonable prices I might add. I just hope he is going to start banging out some of those nice carbon track frames that Messers Hayles and Wiggins are riding. Very nice. |
