Couple of time trial observations from conspiracy point of view That little guy caught by Basso for 3 minutes handed his bottle over (little guys bike now lighter - Basso's heavier), little guy comes back and drops Basso on the descent
Garata Saunier Duval - massive front wheel flange ........ old style hub brake
