Maybe I'm outdated, but it looks very inelegant and heavy. The question is, with all the really nice kit around (e.g. Colnage, Pinarello, etc.), WHY???

Lazy. That's not a road frame; it's one of their track frames tweaked. The need for the ridiculous riser stem proves how little thought has gone into it.

that does rather sum it up..... however taking the stem aside.... it would possibly make a good timetrial frame.... depending on geometries & stuff

...hmmm, I suspect it's one of those frames that looks great on the CAD, but for some reason has an aesthetic conflagration with things such as stems, groupsets, wheels...
