yes actualey ive been on ta rollers a few times 30mins 3-4 times aweek, but on mon the cast comes off so can start proper in dec will be bangin them in then......

5-6000 miles I suppose cannot be bothered to work it all out but 75 races x 75 miles (most races at least this long 120 + km) = 5625 so yeah 5-6000 would be about right.

After yesterday was 120 hours of racing, expect to do 5 more hours before end of year.

so 125h X 23mph = approx 2,875 miles

Makes me realise I'm not really a cyclist at all. Even were I retired - i.e. a full-time rider - and even if it were only short races, there's just not a chance there'd be the interest to race so much.
