I'd already worked out that a disagreement took place between Tony and someone else.
I was just wondering how it got to the level of a court order, that's all. |

I think Tony realised he shouldn't have posted what he did, I hope that he is allowed back very soon because I have run out of crap to post!!

Hi
Tony here. Just to clarify the situation, I fully accept that I was out of order last week, because I - and Terry Dolan - contravened a court order restricting us both from antagonising each other.
The reason I lost it is because Terry Dolan repeated the original allegation - that I attacked him from behind and beat him unconscious - when at my trial, this was proved to be a lie.
The case was dismissed, and all charges against me were dropped.
I hope that the VR admin will allow this post to remain so that anybody who saw what Terry Dolan wrote will be aware of the true situation.

I can understand the Mods getting a bit jumpy but ultimately any comeback for the breach of the order should lie with the individuals not the forum.
A short term ban should show good faith with the Judge Nutmegs of this world but surely we can have TB back in the family soon ???
We've all posted stuff in the dark hours we perhaps shouldn't have
