Anyone ever work out how to get to the bottom of a Sherbet fountain without either eating the liquorice and getting the paper all soggy round the top so it blocked up or tipping it up to get the bits out and ending up covered in sherbet?
Anyone ever eaten a Sherbert fountain without nearly choking to death Confused

I prefferred Sherbet Dip-Dabs as I didn;t like liquorice. It had the same sort of problems though - the dip-dabber always ran out before you'd finished all the sherbet. Rolling Eyes

For the ultimate sherbet experience, the Flying Saucer took some beating. The rice paper would stick to the roof of the mouth for some considerable time before decomposing, releasing a whole mess of talcum powder-like goo, which mixed up with the soggy paper, producing a paste which rendered you speechless for ten minutes.

Cool I'd completely forgetten about them, but now I remember I'm pretty sure I could get 5 Flying Saucers for a penny when I were a kid. Very Happy
