Someone I work with is taking part in the London Trialthon and is looking for a group to go out with at the weekends around the Beeston area. Something slow to start with. Is there anything happening like this?

Thanks.

If you want a slow ride in the Beeston area contact Mark Plowright. You will get plenty of rest stops while he attends to the various malfunctions of his bicycle.

May be too far out for them but might interest somebody - there's a steady ride 9am at the Palm Court in Derby - normally quite a small group, they do about 50 miles or so and come back with about 16mph on the computer.
